Lucy Maud Montgomery's granddaughter to attend Anne of Green Gables

Yes! Kate Butler MacDonald will attend the opening night of Anne of Green Gables, the musical, on November 20th, 2015. For some of us this is an event comparable to meeting One Direction! As you may know, Lucy Maud Montgomery lived in Norval from 1926-1935 with her husband Ewan Macdonald who served as minister in Norval Presbyterian Church. Kate is the daughter of Lucy Maud's son Stewart and the spokesperson of the Heirs of L.M. Montgomery society.
